Community Guidelines

Bondi works because people bring original ideas and treat each other well. These guidelines apply to everyone on the platform, brands and creators alike.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

Bring original work

Submit ideas that are yours. Do not pass off someone else's concept, design, footage or writing as your own, and credit collaborators and sources when a concept builds on existing material.

Reusing a template, stock asset or licensed element is fine when you have the rights and you say so.

Be honest

Represent your experience, your work and your results accurately. Do not inflate metrics, fabricate credentials or claim campaigns you did not deliver.

Brands must describe budgets, deliverables and timelines truthfully, and must not use a campaign to collect free creative work.

Be respectful

Feedback should address the work, not the person. Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual harassment and hate speech are never acceptable and lead to removal from the platform.

Disagreement is welcome. Contempt is not.

No spam or manipulation

Do not mass-submit irrelevant concepts, automate submissions, create duplicate accounts, or manipulate ratings and reputation.

Do not use Bondi to advertise unrelated services or to recruit users onto other platforms in ways that undermine agreed terms.

Confidentiality

Treat unreleased campaign material as confidential until the brand publishes it or agrees otherwise. Do not share briefs, concepts or assets outside the collaboration.

Reporting

Every campaign, profile and message can be reported. Tell us what happened and include links or screenshots where possible.

We review reports within two business days and do not disclose the reporter's identity to the reported party.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, remove a campaign, or suspend or permanently close an account.

Serious violations—fraud, harassment, exploitation of creative work or anything illegal—can result in immediate removal without warning.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, reply to the notice or email trust@bondi.com within thirty days. A different reviewer will look at the case.
