We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this website and the Bondi platform.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing requirement rather than a one-time audit: new features are reviewed against these criteria before release.
Semantic HTML with correct landmarks and a logical heading order on every page.
Full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator on all interactive elements, and a skip-to-content link at the start of each page.
Colour contrast that meets AA thresholds for text and meaningful interface components, with information never conveyed by colour alone.
Accessible names on icon-only controls, labelled form fields, descriptive link text and alternative text on meaningful images.
Support for reduced-motion preferences: decorative animation is disabled when your system requests it.
Layouts that reflow to 320px width and remain usable at 200% zoom.
We test with current versions of screen readers and browsers, including VoiceOver with Safari, NVDA with Firefox, and keyboard-only navigation in Chrome.
Some third-party embedded content, such as video players, may not fully meet AA criteria. Where we identify a barrier we either replace the component or provide an accessible alternative.
Older uploaded portfolio media may lack captions or alternative text supplied by its author. We prompt creators to add these and are improving that flow.

We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and aim to resolve confirmed issues within thirty days, prioritising anything that blocks a core task.
