Write a brief worth answering
State the objective in one sentence, describe the audience, list the deliverables, give the timeline and publish a budget range.
Include what you do not want. Two lines of exclusions will improve the quality of every submission you receive.
Share brand context—tone, references, non-negotiables—so creators can be original inside your constraints rather than guessing at them.
Respect submitted ideas
A submission is the creator's intellectual property. Do not use, adapt, brief internally against, or pass to another creator any concept you have not licensed.
If an idea is close but not selected, the right move is to negotiate rather than borrow.
Offer fair terms
Budgets should reflect scope, usage, exclusivity and turnaround. Ask for perpetual worldwide rights only when you need them, and pay accordingly.
Define revision rounds up front, and pay for additional rounds you request beyond the agreement.
Give useful feedback
Reference the objective, be specific, and consolidate input from your team into one clear response rather than sending contradictory notes.
Respond within two business days during an active collaboration so timelines hold.
Shortlist transparently
Tell creators when a campaign closes and when decisions will be made. Where you can, provide a short reason to creators you did not select—it costs a minute and improves the network for everyone.
Pay promptly
Approve deliverables that meet the brief without unnecessary delay, and release payment on the agreed schedule. Payment behaviour is part of your record on Bondi.
Credit and disclosure
Credit creators when the work is published unless the agreement says otherwise, and comply with advertising disclosure rules in every market where the work runs.
What gets brand accounts restricted
Using unselected submissions, running campaigns with no intention to award, misrepresenting budgets, repeated late payment, or abusive communication with creators.
