Building reputation without vanity metrics
What a creator record should actually contain, and why delivery history beats a follower badge.
Trust between a brand and a creator is usually rebuilt from scratch on every project. That is expensive for both sides and it punishes newcomers hardest.
A record of work, not popularity
Completed campaigns, on-time delivery, revision behaviour, brand ratings and repeat collaborations describe something a follower count cannot: what it is like to work with this person.
Those signals are earned slowly and cannot be bought, which is exactly what makes them useful.
